Inspired by "de Stijl" of Piet Mondrian, whitened out pages of Dutch design magazines are overlaid with dark wooden slats, blocks of household sponges are inserted to add the color segments. The dark stripes run at various levels and the slats extend past the base to indicate multidimensionality and continuity of good design.

Eight-hundred and forty-two magazine pages folded into flowers decorate a faux stone wall to create a three dimensional floral wall paper, trimmed with LED lighting at the top. Silver milk-bottle tops are inserted randomly into several flowers to reflect additional light.

Three-thousand three-hundred and twenty-two wine and champagne corks float to create this Delft Blue inspired "vase". The corks are strung together on individual strands and suspended from individual hooks with fishing line.
The "vase" is adorned with Delft Blue inspired flowers and the inscription THE PAST IS AS AMBIGUOUS AS THE FUTURE.
